WILD GARLIC IN WONDERLAND

WILD GARLIC WONDERLAND PESTO

Finely chop the fresh wonderland wild garlic and the pine nuts. Grind all the pesto ingredients and pour in the olive oil until it's gets an oozy consistency. Taste and keep adding more cheese and olive oil until you're happy with the taste and consistecy. Use the pesto for pasta to feed your inner unicorn.

INGREDIENTS

- 250 g wild garlic
- 30 g pine nuts
- 20 g parmesan
- 250 ml olive oil
- a pinch of nutmeg
- wonderland salt
- pepper
